Dankzij jullie ongelooflijke steun krijgt de nieuwe kinderafdeling in Kilembe stap voor stap vorm!

De lokale ingenieurs en bouwvakkers werken dagelijks hard verder aan de bouw van de nieuwe kinderziekenzaal. Ondertussen zijn de eerste fases van het project succesvol afgerond en krijgt het gebouw steeds meer vorm. Er wordt gebouwd aan een veilige en duurzame plek waar kinderen de zorg kunnen krijgen die ze verdienen.

Deze nieuwe afdeling zal een enorm verschil maken voor de vele kinderen die vandaag nog verzorgd worden in moeilijke omstandigheden. Voor families die vanuit de bergen reizen om het ziekenhuis te bereiken, betekent de nieuwe kinderafdeling niet alleen betere medische zorg, maar ook veiligheid en menselijkheid. 

Toch zijn we er nog niet. Om ook de volgende fases van het project mogelijk te maken — van verdere afwerking tot inrichting van de afdeling — blijven we geld inzamelen. Elke bijdrage, groot of klein, helpt mee bouwen aan een betere toekomst voor de kinderen van Kilembe.

Thanks to your incredible support, the new pediatric ward in Kilembe is gradually becoming a reality!

Local engineers and construction workers continue to work hard every day on the construction of the new children’s ward. The first phases of the project have now been successfully completed, and the building is steadily taking shape. Together, we are creating a safe and sustainable place where children can receive the care they deserve.

This new ward will make an enormous difference for the many children who are currently treated in difficult circumstances. For families travelling from the mountains to reach the hospital, the new pediatric ward will mean not only better medical care, but also safety, dignity, and humanity.

But we are not there yet. To make the next phases of the project possible — from further construction works to the furnishing of the ward — we continue to raise funds. Every contribution, big or small, helps build a better future for the children of Kilembe.
